All That Java
All That Java is a tiny coffee house loving life with a big heart - by creating happiness in the world with their coffee and vibe. Situated on the grounds of Hotel Tivoli (conveniently in the back lawn), they serve up Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino and more - hot or cold. Plus some fun treats. They are open year round with three other locations in Rhinebeck, Millbrook and Kingston.

Giobatta Alimentari
A seventh generation pasta maker and two time James Beard nominee, Giobatta Owner & Chef Francesco Buitoni hails from the fondly recognized New York City neighborhood spots of Al Bacio, Teodora, Bettola, San Domenico and Otto. He’s no stranger to the Hudson Valley, with Stony Creek, Ca’Mea and his own Mercato Osteria Enoteca in his playbook. He and his wife, Michele, opened Giobatta Alimentari in Tivoli - a local favorite serving late breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fortunes Ice Cream
Fortunes mission is to provide fresh, seasonal, quality ice cream that is fun and delicious - to be a place where you gather and enjoy something together. Their ice cream is made from scratch in the shop with Hudson Valley dairy, flavors are seasonal - and open during the warmer months.
Jaeger Haus
An authentic German restaurant right here! Welcome to Jaeger Haus where you’ll find German and local beers, international wines and a full bar - along with such favorite menu selections as Schnitzel, Spaetzle and Potato Pancakes, just to name a few. Just outside Tivoli village on Route 9G, check out their beer garden out back in the summer and fall.

Rojo is a tapas and wine bar that offers a relaxed, comfortable place to meet and chat over carefully selected wines and beers, paired with tasty small plates. The menu features traditional Caribbean and Spanish tapas along with daily, weekly and seasonal variations focusing on local and fresh ingredients. Rojo is owned by the Fernandez-Pujol family, who have created an ambience that is warm, contemporary and very inviting.
